This document outlines the terms of a limited warranty provided by HollowCore on a project-by-project basis. This document alone does not constitute a legally binding agreement. The only legally binding contract is the project scope document, which must be signed by the client and HollowCore.
This warranty is applicable to services with a single, one-time deliverable where the final project cost exceeds £500. This warranty does not apply to all services, and it is the client's sole responsibility to confirm in writing with HollowCore whether this policy applies to their selected service before development begins.
The final interpretation of the terms, conditions, and applicability of this warranty rests solely with HollowCore.
During the development phase, you may request unlimited changes. However, this is strictly limited to elements that have not been previously approved by you. Once an element of the project has been approved, any subsequent changes will be considered outside the scope of the original agreement and will require a separate quote.
Upon the final delivery of the project, we will provide a one (1) month period of free bug fixes. This covers errors that prevent the deliverable from functioning as originally specified in the signed project scope.
This warranty is strictly limited to the original project scope as defined in the signed agreement. It does not include new features, additional services, or any work that was not explicitly outlined and agreed upon at the start of the project. Requests for new features will be treated as a new project and will be quoted separately.
