This document outlines HollowCore’s limited warranty policy on a project-by-project basis. This document alone does not constitute a legally binding agreement. The only legally binding contract is the signed project scope document between the client and HollowCore.
This warranty applies only to services with a single, one-time deliverable where the total project cost exceeds £500. The warranty applies per project, not per milestone or partial deliverable. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm in writing with HollowCore whether this warranty applies to their selected service before development begins.
In the event of ambiguity regarding these terms, HollowCore will make commercially reasonable efforts to interpret them in accordance with the signed project scope and industry standards.
During the development phase, clients may request reasonable revisions for elements that have
HollowCore provides a one (1) month period following final delivery for free bug fixes. This applies only to errors that prevent the deliverable from functioning as explicitly specified in the signed project scope. Requests for fixes must be submitted in writing within this period.
Services such as graphic design, branding, and other creative work are subjective by nature. Clients are not entitled to a warranty for minor stylistic differences, provided deliverables substantially conform to the signed project scope.
If deliverables materially deviate from agreed-upon requirements (e.g., dimensions, color codes, file formats), HollowCore will provide reasonable revisions until the requirements are met. Clients may also request a partial or full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy below.
For measurable performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement), HollowCore will make commercially reasonable efforts to achieve them. If not achieved, clients may request additional work or a refund as outlined in the Refund Policy.
After project completion, clients may request additional changes or modifications. These requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of project completion and will be subject to a separate fee based on a predefined pricing structure. HollowCore is not obligated to perform post-contract changes beyond this period without a new agreement.
This warranty is limited strictly to the original project scope as defined in the signed agreement. It does not cover new features, additional services, or work not explicitly outlined at the start of the project. Requests for new features or work outside the original scope will be treated as a separate project and quoted independently.
Clients are entitled to a partial refund if deliverables materially deviate from the signed project scope. Partial refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Clients are entitled to a full refund if the project delivery deadline is not met, provided the delay is solely caused by HollowCore and not due to force majeure events, changes requested by the client, or delays resulting from the client’s actions or inactions. Full refund requests must also be submitted within thirty (30) days of the missed deadline.
These warranty and refund terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
